Where do you get your gemstones and minerals? 

Jamie and Rebecca travel to Tucson, Arizona for the world's largest gem and mineral show each year to purchase a majority of their gems and minerals. They also purchase directly from gem dealers in Bangkok, Thailand, Hong Kong, Madagascar, Australia, and India. They are also focusing on purchasing gemstone directly from the mine, starting with a sapphire mine in Montana. 

But what about blood diamonds?! 

Thanks to the Kimberley Process, you really don't need to worry about blood diamonds anymore as 99.8% of all diamonds adhere to the Kimberley Process. Every diamond we have in stock adheres to the strictest ethics policies.

Where do you get your metal jewelry?

We use source our mountings and findings from jewelry manufacturers. Most of our mountings are proudly made in the USA. 

Do you sell treated gemstones? 

Yes, many gemstones are commonly treated and every item description includes known and possible treatments. Just like our skin looks better with a little moisturizer and our hair can look great blown dry, gemstones can look better with oil and heat treatments. 

Do you sell synthetic gemstones? 

No. If a customer specifically requests a synthetic stone as a custom order, we will happily accommodate the request. However, you will not find any synthetic stones in our regular inventory. 

So you're saying the gemstones will heal me? Manifest wealth? Bring me the love of my dreams?

How do custom orders work? 

It's pretty easy to get started! You can choose a gemstone from our gemstone gallery and then pick out the perfect setting from our Special Orders page and request a quote. Or you can pick something out on the Special Orders page and we can find a stone to fit! You can also call, text, email, or chat with us and we're happy to find the perfect item for you. We can also custom make items that isn't found on the Special Orders page, just let us know. All special orders are non-refundable. 

How long from ordering will my items ship? 

All orders will be shipped within 3 days of ordering, usually the same or next day. Occasionally when we're traveling, shipping may be delayed but we will put a notification in the announcement banner. We're all about transparency with our customers, so we will reach out if an order comes through while we're away. We ship everything through USPS with insurance. Did you forget a birthday, anniversary, or need something in a hurry? Shoot us a message and we'll try to get it to you as fast as possible! There may be a shipping fee for expedited shipping. 

Do you deliver? 

Yes, delivery is available in Santa Rosa Beach, Miramar Beach, Sandestin, Destin, and Panama City Beach, Florida. Delivery is available on the same day or the next day, depending on the time of your order. We will reach out to schedule your delivery.

I need to return an item, what do I do? 

You have 7 days from receipt of the item to request a refund. The item must be in brand new condition and unworn, with all of the original packaging.
