9.90 carats of gorgeous AAA-quality tanzanite is lovingly set in 18kt white gold with 0.18ct of bright sparkly diamonds. This tanzanite has been hiding in the back of a vault for decades as it was some of the very first tanzanite material mined in the 1980s! You can’t find amazing tanzanite like this anymore with the deep purples, blues, and red flash that just dazzles. Most of the tanzanite that comes from the mines now is very light and washed out, even with heat treatment! With tanzanite being about 1000 times rarer than diamonds and this color even rare, it makes sense that we sell a lot of tanzanite engagement rings!
